Racing Incident Report

PROSPERITY AETHON and CARE FREE PEGASUS were crowded for room at the start between CHANCELLOR and BACHELOR KEEN, both of which shifted ground.
MIGHTY K was slow to begin and then shortly after the start was crowded for room between MY GOAL and LOMBARDI which shifted in. After this, MIGHTY K was ridden along to improve its position, however, failed to muster speed and consequently raced back in the field.
Passing the winning post on the first occasion, CHANCELLOR became unbalanced when racing in restricted room inside SUPERNINSKY which initially got its head on the side and shifted in away from MY HOME TOWN (D Whyte). A short distance later, CHANCELLOR was checked when crowded for room inside SUPERNINSKY which was taken in slightly by MY HOME TOWN. D Whyte was advised that whilst there was some circumstance to this incident, nonetheless he must ensure that he leaves comfortable racing room for runners to his inside in future. A short distance later, MY HOME TOWN was steadied away from the heels of MY GOAL which shifted in momentarily.
After the 1100 Metres, CHANCELLOR shifted out away from the heels of LOMBARDI when awkwardly placed close to the heels of that horse, resulting in CARE FREE PEGASUS being checked away from the heels of CHANCELLOR in consequence.
After the 1000 Metres, CARE FREE PEGASUS was left racing wide and without cover.
After the 900 Metres, CHANCELLOR was again awkwardly placed close to the heels of LOMBARDI.
NOBLE DELUXE was held up for clear running until passing the 200 Metres.
A veterinary inspection of MIGHTY K and GREAT RENOWN after the race did not show any significant findings.
A veterinary inspection of CARE FREE PEGASUS after the race did not show any significant findings other than the horse had lost its left front plate.
NOBLE DELUXE and CHANCELLOR were sent for sampling.
