Racing Incident Report

When parading behind the barriers, FIRST BEAUT was contacted by a lead horse. FIRST BEAUT was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said in his opinion it was suitable to race.
SUNSHINE UNIVERSE and MONEY MONEY bumped at the start. SUNSHINE UNIVERSE then shifted out and bumped GRACIOUS RYDER which became unbalanced.
SUPER MISSILE began only fairly.
HARBOUR CENTURY was steadied in the early stages and shifted across behind runners.
From a wide barrier, SKYRAIDER was steadied in the early stages and shifted across behind runners.
LUCKY LUCKY lost its right hind plate near the 1000 Metres.
Approaching the 900 Metres, JOLLY BOUNTIFUL travelled keenly when attempting to obtain cover, however, was obliged to race wide and without cover near the 800 Metres.
Approaching the 700 Metres, MONEY MONEY was taken into a position wide and without cover by LUCKY LUCKY which shifted away from the rail.
FRESH POWER had difficulty obtaining clear running for some distance after the 300 Metres.
SUPER MISSILE was badly held up for clear running until passing the 150 Metres at which stage the horse was shifted to the outside of LUCKY LUCKY into a run which was partially available between that horse and MONEY MONEY. As SUPER MISSILE was shifted to the outside of LUCKY LUCKY, SUPER MISSILE and MONEY MONEY bumped on two occasions as both LUCKY LUCKY and MONEY MONEY shifted ground marginally. In this incident, MONEY MONEY became unbalanced. Z Purton was reprimanded and advised to exercise more care when shifting out to obtain clear running in similar circumstances.
A veterinary inspection of JOLLY BOUNTIFUL immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
SUPER MISSILE and LUCKY LUCKY were sent for sampling.
