Racing Incident Report

SEASONS BLOOM and BEAUTY ONLY were slow to begin.
TIME WARP began awkwardly.
From the outside barrier, NASSA was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Near the 750 Metres, THEWIZARDOFOZ was severely checked when momentarily crowded for room inside SINGAPORE SLING (C Schofield) which was racing inside the heels of RISE HIGH (A Sanna). Based on the evidence available to the Stewards including the video footage, there was no conclusive evidence as to whether either SINGAPORE SLING or RISE HIGH shifted ground at this time and accordingly no further action was able to be taken. However, both C Schofield and A Sanna were reminded of their obligation to ensure that other runners are afforded comfortable racing room. When THEWIZARDOFOZ was severely checked, DINOZZO was checked away from the heels of that horse, resulting in EAGLE WAY, which was following DINOZZO, being checked in consequence and shifting out away from the heels of DINOZZO. SEASONS BLOOM, which was racing outside DINOZZO, was also shifted out, resulting in BEAUTY ONLY being taken wider.
Passing the 200 Metres, SEASONS BLOOM raced tight inside the heels of WERTHER.
Throughout the race, RISE HIGH travelled wide and without cover.
A veterinary inspection of TIME WARP and RISE HIGH immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
A veterinary inspection of NOTHINGILIKEMORE immediately following the race did not show any significant findings, however, the horse was unable to be scoped due to being fractious.
BEAUTY GENERATION and SINGAPORE SLING were sent for sampling.
