Racing Incident Report

WAH MAY FRIEND shifted out at the start and hampered SILLY BUDDIES.
From wide barriers, HERO LOOK and SECRET COMMAND were shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Approaching the 700 Metres, LINE SEEKER was left racing wide and without cover.
Passing the 250 Metres, CAGA FORCE collapsed, resulting in K C Leung being dislodged.
After the race, Apprentice H N Wong, the rider of PABLOSKY, stated that he was instructed to have PABLOSKY in about 3rd or 4th position if the horse did not show sufficient speed to lead. He said, despite being hard ridden for some distance in the early stages, PABLOSKY did not show as much early speed as it had done in most of its previous races and consequently got further back in the field than had been intended and was required to race very wide. A veterinary inspection of PABLOSKY immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
PERPETUAL TREASURE and WAH MAY FRIEND were sent for sampling. Samples were also taken from CAGA FORCE.
