Racing Incident Report

SPICY KAKA was slow to begin.
FOREVER POSH began awkwardly and shortly after the start was steadied and shifted across behind runners.
On jumping, DESTIN shifted out and bumped the hindquarters of VICTORY MASTER which became unbalanced.
Shortly after the start, HAPPY AND HEALTHY was steadied away from the heels of CARE FREE PRINCE which shifted in.
For some distance in the early and middle stages, FOREVER POSH raced with its head on the side when inclined to lay out.
Throughout the race, STAR SUPERIOR travelled wide and without cover and passing the 800 Metres was taken wider still by RED HORSE which shifted out away from the heels of CARE FREE PRINCE. At the same stage, VITAL SPRING was awkwardly placed close to the heels of MORDICUS.
At the entrance to the Straight, GOOD METHOD briefly raced tight between STAR SUPERIOR and AMBITIOUS HEART which shifted out to obtain clear running. VICTORY MASTER, which was following GOOD METHOD, was shifted out away from the heels of that horse in consequence.
At the 200 Metres, HAPPY AND HEALTHY was steadied when being shifted to the outside of RED HORSE which was giving ground.
Passing the 200 Metres, HURRICANE HUNTER was bumped by SPICY KAKA which shifted out away from the heels of MORDICUS when closing off the race.
Approaching the 50 Metres, VITAL SPRING was shifted in away from the heels of MORDICUS which was taken in by SPICY KAKA.
Close to the finishing line, HAPPY AND HEALTHY was awkwardly placed close to the heels of AMBITIOUS HEART and consequently was not able to be ridden out all the way to the end of the race.
A veterinary inspection of HURRICANE HUNTER and RED HORSE immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
HURRICANE HUNTER, AMBITIOUS HEART and CARE FREE PRINCE were sent for sampling.
