Racing Incident Report

SNOW HAWK shifted in abruptly at the start and made heavy contact with OTOUTO which became unbalanced and shifted in, causing SUPREME STORM and DR PROACTIVE to be crowded for room between OTOUTO and OHANA which shifted out. In this incident, OTOUTO again became badly unbalanced after bumping SUPREME STORM.
From the outside barrier, FORMULA GALORE was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Near the 1050 Metres, PEARL FURU was crowded for room inside HAPPY OUT THERE which was taken in marginally by DR PROACTIVE before that horse was shifted back out to alleviate the tightening.
Near the 850 Metres, PEARL FURU was checked when unable to improve between HAPPY OUT THERE and FORMULA GALORE (J Moreira) which shifted in. As the Stewards were satisfied that PEARL FURU had not properly established running between those horses, no further action was taken other than J Moreira was advised to ensure that he exercises more care when shifting ground.
HAPPY OUT THERE lost its left hind plate after the 800 Metres.
Making the turn after the 600 Metres, DR PROACTIVE lay out and bumped the hindquarters of TRENDIFUL, causing both horses to become unbalanced.
SMART BOY and PHANTOM FALCON were sent for sampling.
