Racing Incident Report

HAPPY OUT THERE was slow to begin.
SNOW HAWK shifted out and bumped SANGRIA at the start. After this, SANGRIA was steadied to obtain a position closer to the rail.
Shortly after the start, HAPPY FIERY DRAGON shifted out and bumped the hindquarters of SNOW HAWK which became unbalanced.
Also shortly after the start, SECRET AGENT shifted out and bumped ROCHFORD.
From the outside barrier, MERRYGOWIN was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
After travelling about 30 Metres, HAPPY FIERY DRAGON was crowded for room between SNOW HAWK and ROCHFORD which shifted out.
Approaching the 1100 Metres, after being initially taken out by HAPPY FIERY DRAGON, SNOW HAWK was momentarily steadied away from the heels of BOND ELEGANCE which shifted in marginally.
When being steadied approaching and passing the 1000 Metres to obtain cover, BOND ELEGANCE, after initially being ridden along, proved very difficult to settle and got its head up for some distance.
Passing the 200 Metres, SANGRIA shifted out and bumped MERRYGOWIN, causing both horses to become unbalanced.
Also passing the 200 Metres, HAPPY FIERY DRAGON was shifted in away from the heels of RICHCITY FORTUNE.
Throughout the race, NICE FANDANGO travelled wide and without cover. NICE FANDANGO also raced greenly under pressure in the Straight and lay in over the concluding stages. A veterinary inspection of NICE FANDANGO immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
HAPPY FIERY DRAGON and MERRYGOWIN were sent for sampling.
