Racing Incident Report

FLYING LOVER was crowded for room on jumping between HARD BALL GET and RAGING BLITZKRIEG which was taken in by MERRYGOWIN.
SMILING PRIDE began only fairly and then shortly after the start was shifted across behind runners to obtain cover.
From wide barriers, RED ROSE WARRIOR and WHAMPOA STAR were steadied in the early stages and shifted across behind runners.
After the 1000 Metres, TOP SCORE commenced to travel keenly and making the turn after the 900 Metres got its head up when awkwardly placed close to the heels of SAM’S LOVE.
RAGING BLITZKRIEG was held up for clear running until after the 300 Metres and near the 250 Metres raced tight inside MERRYGOWIN when improving into tight running between that horse and BULLISH SMART.
Passing the 150 Metres, HAPPY GUY became unbalanced after being bumped by MERRYGOWIN which shifted out.
Over the concluding stages, SMILING PRIDE was awkwardly placed close to the heels of HAPPY GUY.
Also over the concluding stages, RAGING BLITZKRIEG raced tight between MERRYGOWIN and TURIN REDSTAR which improved into tight running between that horse and BULLISH SMART. Because of this, RAGING BLITZKRIEG was not able to be ridden out over the latter stages of the race.
TURIN REDSTAR was unable to obtain clear running in the Straight until close to the finishing line and consequently was not able to be tested.
HARD BALL GET was unable to fully obtain clear running in the Straight and consequently was not able to be properly tested.
TOP SCORE lay out under pressure in the Straight.
For the majority of the race, FLYING LOVER travelled wide and without cover.
SAM’S LOVE, STAR MAJESTIC and BULLISH SMART were sent for sampling.
