Racing Incident Report

ELEGANCE PROMISE was withdrawn on 2.3.18 by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (lame left fore) and was replaced by Standby Declared Starter KIWI SUNRISE (K Teetan). Before being allowed to race again, ELEGANCE PROMISE will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
COMPLACENCY lifted its front feet off the ground as the start was effected and then shifted in and bumped HAPPY FIERY DRAGON.
JUST NOT LISTENING began awkwardly.
CHEERS AND CHEERS shifted out at the start and bumped YEE CHEONG PEGASUS.
KIWI SUNRISE was crowded for room on jumping between MY BEAR CAT and MASSIVE MOVE which shifted out. In this incident, MY BEAR CAT became unbalanced after being bumped by KIWI SUNRISE.
GOODLUCK GOODLUCK shifted out at the start and bumped CHAPARRAL STAR.
KIWI SUNRISE lost its both front plates in the early stages.
YEE CHEONG PEGASUS lost its right front plate at the 600 Metres.
Near the 450 Metres, OCEAN ELITE was steadied away from the heels of JUST NOT LISTENING which got its head on the side and lay out when awkwardly placed behind CHEERS AND CHEERS which also shifted out.
MASSIVE MOVE was held up for clear running from near the 350 Metres until near the 250 Metres at which point the horse was steadied and shifted in after being awkwardly placed close to the heels of CHEERS AND CHEERS which was awkwardly placed inside the heels of JUST NOT LISTENING due to both CHEERS AND CHEERS and JUST NOT LISTENING shifting ground.
Passing the 50 Metres, OCEAN ELITE was momentarily awkwardly placed behind KIWI SUNRISE.
Over the concluding stages, JUST NOT LISTENING hung out and proved difficult to ride.
GOODLUCK GOODLUCK raced greenly and hung out throughout the race, particularly in the early and middle stages.
After the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that LUCKY VOLATILITY and HAPPY FIERY DRAGON had bled from both nostrils.
A veterinary inspection of GOODLUCK GOODLUCK immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
COMPLACENCY and LUCKY VOLATILITY were sent for sampling.
