Has since attend barrier practice to the satisfaction of the Starter and performed satisfactorily in a barrier trial and passed an official vet exam - Race 715.

Approaching the 250M improved to the inside of 4th placegetter and was crowded for room near the 250M and then raced tight for some distance thereafter. When questioned regarding his riding on the Home Turn and in the early stages of the Home Straight rider stated that after following 4th placegetter into the Home Straight he attempted to improve to that runner’s inside as he felt 4th placegetter would shift out on the Home Turn and the eventual winner was positioned directly to his outside. He said after shifting to the inside of 4th placegetter that runner then shifted in as he attempted to obtain that run which resulted in his mount not being able to obtain clear running for some distance after the 250M. After considering his explanation the Stewards found the tactics adopted by rider were reasonable in the circumstances - Race 189.
