Racing Incident Report

PARTY WARRIOR jumped only fairly.
HELENE FEELING was slow to begin.
From the outside barrier, JUMBO LEGEND was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Making the first turn approaching the 1000 Metres, EVERYONE’S VICTORY was inclined to lay out and was steadied away from YOU’REMYEVERYTHING. Then near the 600 Metres, EVERYONE’S VICTORY raced keenly and was steadied away from JUMBO LEGEND.
When questioned regarding EN POINT racing back in the field, Apprentice Y L Chung stated that his instructions were to go forward. He said EN POINT jumped awkwardly and lost ground and after travelling a short distance he was of the view if he endeavoured to go forward, he would have been caught wide and for this reason he elected to allow EN POINT to settle back in the field where he was able to obtain cover. A veterinary inspection of EN POINTE immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
HOWDEEPISYOURLOVE and JUMBO LEGEND were sent for sampling.
<16/3/2023 Additional Veterinary Reports> EN POINTE, which performed poorly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings. EN POINTE was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer F C Lor this morning. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its right front leg. Before being allowed to race again, EN POINTE will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
