Racing Incident Report

STRIVE FOR GLORY jumped only fairly.
SHINY TWO was slow to begin.
SIX BEST FRIENDS jumped awkwardly and lost ground.
THIS IS GUTS also jumped awkwardly.
From the outside barrier, HAR HAR AT HEART was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Passing the 600 Metres, JAZZ STEED shifted in and bumped STARRY NIGHT.
After the 500 Metres, SIX BEST FRIENDS lay out and as a result was steadied when awkwardly placed close to TREASURE OF FIELD.
Near the 150 Metres, STARRY NIGHT shifted out slightly and brushed GOODMANSHIP.
DRAGON KINGDOM was obliged to race wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
When questioned, Z Purton (TRONIC MIGHTY) stated that the intention was to hold a forward position, but after being badly crowded at the start between DRAGON KINGDOM and TREASURE OF FIELD, both of which shifted ground, his mount settled back in the field. He added that after improving to the inside making the Home Turn, he then endeavoured to secure clear running over the final 150 Metres to the outside of GOODMANSHIP, however, when GOODMANSHIP shifted out, TRONIC MIGHTY was then placed in restricted room between GOODMANSHIP and JAZZ STEED and as a result he could not fully test his mount over that section of the race.
A veterinary inspection of DRAGON KINGDOM immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
TRONIC MIGHTY, STARRY NIGHT and STRIVE FOR GLORY were sent for sampling.
