6 7 KIMBO KID (CC379) M W Leung P Average to begin, had ridden to make up ground to challenge lead, raced 2 wide outside leader at good clip, under pressure turn and weakened out of it after being gassed early.
7 11 SUPER FANTASY (CD162) Y T Cheng H/TT Broke with them, hard ridden but couldn't go early speed, drifted back to 3rd last 10Ls off lead 2 wide, gave huge start entering straight and made up some late ground.
8 1 HIGHLILLI (CD092) C W Wong CP/TT Showed good early speed to contest battle for lead, trapped 4 wide without cover outside lead at good pace, still there on turn but wide run took its toll and couldn't go on over final furlong.
