4 2 VINCERE (CE324) D Beadman CP Travelled midfield, the fence. Didn't find any extra when pressured in the straight.
5 9 TRAVEL LEADER (CD226) A Delpech -- Led until the 800 M, but still enjoyed a nice run after that point tracking the frontrunner. Failed to see out the journey.
6 7 G-ONE LEADING (CE306) F Coetzee -- In the early was taken back across runners settling near the rear of the field on the fence. Kept to the inside in the run home staying on one paced.
7 8 SHINING DAY (CE163) K L Chui B/TT Settled 3 back 1 off early, shifting to the fence near the 1000 M. Was under heavy pressure after the 700 M to hold its position and commenced to tire near the 600 M.
8 10 CITY SURFER (CG129) C W Wong B/H Raced about a length back, to the leaders outside early before settling 1 out 1 back near the 1100 M. Was shuffled back after the 700 M and never recovered.
9 11 LAZY BUDDIES (CC208) G Mosse B Raced in last position and was never in the hunt.
10 1 DASH (CG236) W M Lai B Was wide early and worked hard for about a 1000 M to go forward and sit outside the leader, eventually doing so passing the 1200 M. Was a spent force near the 700 M.
UR 12 MASTER MASTER (CH144) M W Leung -- When the gates opened, threw its head down, causing its rider, to become unbalanced and shortly afterwards be dislodged.
