2 6 NEW VISION (CM028) D Whyte -- Prominent from outset, pressed on to race first outside leader in running line, had terms to suit with slow speed, took front at 300M and fought strongly but just caught on line.
3 2 LOMBARDI (CK406) G Mosse B Posted 3 wide in midfield from an awkward draw, no cover 4Ls back on circle but steady pace helped, kept finding in straight for a respectable 3rd.
4 4 AMITYSHIP (CK023) C Y Ho B Out in line, drove up behind them for an ideal spot on rails, on leaders back approaching bend, kept finding in straight to make frame.
