2 11 CHARITY SPIRIT (CM095) G Cheyne -- Slow to begin, raced 3-wide in mid-division, made good headway to challenge inside 350M but was no match for the winner.

9 8 MAJESTIC FALCON (CM236) D Beadman H/XB Slow to begin, settled at the tail of the field 6Ls behind leaders, travelled strongly off the bend but was badly held up early straight and again passing 200M.
10 9 AMEDEO (CK292) B Doyle TT Chased the pace along inside, had every chance but not going the pace to challenge.
11 12 GOOD BOY BOY (CK388) K C Leung -- Vied for the lead on the outside, was bumped near 600M and pushed to 3-wide making the turn, hung in home straight, faded 150M and out of contention.
