7 14 MERIDIAN TREASURE (N084) C K Tong B Vigorously driven out the gate but was soon taken back to avoid being caught wide, pushed to the 3-path near 900M, stayed on final 300M but never a serious threat to first few.

9 12 WINFULL PATROL (P063) K Teetan -- Quickly into stride, severely checked 900M losing position and momentum, shuffled back to midfield, kept on steadily final 400M but never reached contention (Lame left front.)
10 11 SEASONS STAR (P058) M Chadwick CP/TT Bustled along after the start, 3-wide and not far off from leaders but left with no cover from 900M, not quickened turning in, remained same pace and was swamped inside 100M.

12 3 COSTA DEL SOL (CM111) K C Ng B/TT Had a tough trip in a position behind midfield, steadied near 900M and caught 4-wide without cover turning home, stayed on fairly, eased when no chance final stages.
