11 11 SMART DECLARATION (S436) H W Lai SR/TT Began well, pressed forward to sit 2L between leading pair at halfway mark. Hard ridden from 300m but faded gradually.
12 9 DISCIPLES TWELVE (P018) C Y Ho -- Beaten for early speed and clear last passing 850m. Shaken up 400m and ran past beaten horses. Had small amount of blood in both nostrils but none in trachea.
13 10 PERPETUAL TREASURE (S191) M Chadwick TT Bumped start, pressed on between horses to sit fourth along inside fence, 2L from leader. Under pressure from 300m and faded.
