3 3 BEST GIFT (CD296) M Rodd TT Waited with. Came to challenge from second last some 4Ls back turning in. Ran on well and did best work at finish.

6 8 BEETHOVEN (CC133) C Brown B Raced mainly 3-wide in forward of midfield or better. Some 2Ls 4th turning in but soon weakened.
7 2 BOWMAN'S CROSSING (CB138) D Whyte SR Trailed the small field to straight where always struggling.
