8 4 WONDERFUL BLESSING (CE198) K L Chui TT Kept within a length of the pace early stages. 3-wide without cover better than midfield making home turn. Kept on only fairly in the straight.

10 5 CLASSIC KING (CD256) P H Lo B/TT Raced 3-wide at midfield. Hung in in the straight and was steadied at 300 M. Made up a bit of late ground.
11 11 NOT QUITE PERFECT (CG254) G Boss TT2 Among early leaders. Took a sit towards midfield after 1000 M. Remained on same pace in the straight and faded final stages.

13 8 HEADINGLEY (CH264) A Delpech TT Hard ridden to be among early leaders. 2-wide and 4Ls off the pace in 4th making home turn. Dropped out quickly after straightening.
14 9 KEEP SMILING (CH200) Z Purton -- At the rear and struggled to keep pace. Trailed field into home straight and found nothing thereafter.
