3 9 PAR EXCELLENCE (CK020) J Lloyd SR1 Overraced early whilst parked on the back of the speed 2-wide with cover. Rolled out near the 450 M to improve racing 3-wide. Snared 3rd spot close to the post.
4 3 BUSHWHACKER (CK153) B Prebble CP Worked forward from a wide gate to travel outside the leader. Raced in 3rd position after being crossed near the 500 M. Kept on well.

8 6 BLESS US ALL (CK086) H W Lai XB Lost ground at the start after beginning awkwardly, settling midfield 2 deep with cover. Peeled out approaching the home turn and quickened early in the straight before leveling out on its run before the line.
9 11 KIMBERLEY (CJ295) K T Yeung XB Positioned 2nd last, 1 off with cover. Came wide in the straight and found the line soundly.
10 7 SEIZE THE DAY (CJ152) K C Leung B Raced midfield the fence. Had to be steadied when making ground along the inside near the 150 M, then plodded to the wire when unable to obtain clear running thereafter.
11 5 WINNING STRATEGY (CJ353) C W Wong -- Was taken back at the jump settling last. Whilst making some ground in the straight had to be checked to avoid heels near the 200 M.
12 4 TELECOM LUCKY STAR (CK025) Y T Cheng TT Travelled towards the rear along the rails. Struggled in the run home.
