8 5 GIFT IS GIFT (CM053) K C Leung B/H Crowded out start and then taken back across runners to behind midfield but off rail. Ran on steadily in straight.
9 7 MASQUERADER (N234) Z Purton B Ridden forward but trapped wide, then got head up 700m and went off track round turn Widest at 400m, kept on one-paced.
10 8 BOULD MOVER (CM120) M Chadwick TT Raced with leading pack before settling 3-back, one-off at 800m. Lost position turn and found nothing under pressure final 400m.
