2 10 VICTORY HEART (P414) O Doleuze TT1 Jumped OK but reluctant to maintain position between horses and unbalanced. Kept wide turn, widest into straight, ran on strongly to just miss.
3 6 SUDDEN THUNDER (N045) K Teetan B/TT Jumped well, settling 2-back the fence. Shuffled back at turn, hung in early in straight before picking up momentum, finishing strongly.
4 11 SMART BALL (P277) D Whyte H- Jumped well but unable to cut in and used to go forward, taking lead before turn. Caught 200m out but kept on well to the line.
5 1 PLENTIFUL (CK319) Z Purton B/TT Not pushed early and allowed to settle toward rear away from the fence. No clear run early in straight but finished well when clear.
6 8 KING OF PATCH (N421) C O'Donoghue B-/SR1 Taken in quickly after start and soon at rear. Got shuffled back approaching turn, found inside run and kept on steadily.
7 13 GERONIMO MEADOW (N226) C K Tong B/TT No early speed and soon last but away from fence. Last at turn, taken wide entering straight and finished off nicely.
8 9 ROYAL PARTNER (N394) G Mosse TT Ridden forward from inside draw, settling in midfield but wide. Made ground early straight but one-paced 200m. Rider cautioned (See Racing Incidents).
9 3 FAT CHOY HONG KONG (N253) T H So TT Hard ridden from wide draw to sit just behind the pace but wide. Improved turn, 2nd into straight, found little.
10 7 SWIFT SHADOW (S052) N Pinna TT Quickly into stride to lead early before dropping back before turn. Fifth into straight, kept on steadily to 200m, faded.
11 5 MAC ROW (N252) T Angland H/XB Ridden up but wide from outside draw. Got head up entering turn and hung out. Very wide into straight and found nothing.
12 2 BEAUTY JOURNEY (P386) M Chadwick TT Jumped well, lead on settling before taking box seat inside leader. Gave ground soon after entering straight.
13 12 KIDS AND WIN (P271) K C Leung -- Bumped start but recovered and taken forward to sit 2-back before turn. Three-wide entering straight but found nothing and faded.
