6 9 ASHKIYR (P151) J Moreira CP Last early but cut to fence and rolled forward first turn. Ridden quietly behind midfield, stayed on fence entering straight, ran on steadily.
7 6 SAME WORLD (N098) W C Marwing H/SR Jumped well and led around first turn before settling in box seat back stretch. Rolled forward again entering straight but one-paced final 200m.
8 3 DOMINANT (N169) N Callan H/XB Jumped with field, raced between horses first turn before settling 3-back, one-off back stretch. Under heavy pressure entering straight but only one-paced.
9 8 LIBERATOR (CL240) K Teetan B/TT Began well, trapped wide first turn, rolled forward to lead back stretch. Under pressure turning for home and slipped back gradually.
10 11 JOLLY VICTOR (N140) U Rispoli B/TT Had blood in mouth before start but ruled fit. Remained one-off behind midfield back stretch, under pressure from turn, found nothing.
