3 7 EN CIVIL (S327) D Whyte B/H/XB Jumped best, raced in lead but wide to first turn, before cutting to rail 1200m. Kicked ahead top of straight and kept on well until run down closing stages.
4 6 TRUE COMMENT (S328) N Rawiller B/TT Ridden along early, settling three-back the fence. Stayed on fence around turn and kept on steadily in straight until 100m when steadied and shifted out from heels.
5 9 DIAMOND FRIENDS (S376) J Moreira H/P Raced tightly between horses early before settling behind midfield in a one-out position. Had clear run in straight, making ground steadily without looking dangerous.

11 10 FRESH AND FRESH (P407) C K Tong B Began fairly, no speed, racing at rear in one-out position. Lost contact with the field turning for home and finished tailed off. Unacceptable performance.
