10 6 GREEN ENVY (C313) K Teetan V/TT Crowded at start & consequently failed to muster any early speed & raced a clear last early. Shifted towards center of track mid-race & passed a few rivals approaching half-way before making no further ground in last section.
11 14 RAGING BLAZE (E258) J Moreira P/TT Badly crowded for room between horses on jumping before shifting to stand side rail & racing near the tail. Continued near the back, over 5L from the lead entering last section before weakening to be beaten 10L.
12 5 REGENCY STAR (E399) M F Poon B1 Bumped & unbalanced at start before mustering speed quickly to race only half-length from lead in early stages. Came under hard riding & began yielding ground from half-way before weakening badly in last section. Well beaten.
13 3 GLORIOUS BAUHINIA (E358) H W Lai -- Began only fairly before being crowded after start & consequently raced rearward throughout. Relegated to last mid-race before weakening poorly in last section to be long second last. (Painful tendon next day).
