4 10 KEEP YOU WARM (D272) A Badel B/XB Unable to slot in from wide draw, raced in midfield, caught wide no cover from 600M, closed off well to be nearest at the line, just missed 3rd.
5 9 CARROLL STREET (D489) C Y Ho B/TT Given a waiting ride at the rear, made home turn awkwardly near 600M and lost ground, almost 8Ls off the pace at 400M, showed a mild late response to claim 5th without troubling first 4.
6 3 HANDSOME BO BO (B119) R Maia TT Chased leaders 2-wide, not quickened early straight when driven, kept on same pace to line, no threat from mid-straight.
7 8 HONG KONG WIN (C333) A Hamelin -- Steadied from wide draw to obtain cover, held up behind midfield, stayed on final 300M without threatening leaders.
8 4 WE THE SOUTH (D149) C L Chau H/XB Began fairly from draw 1, unable to obtain the lead as anticipated, 3Ls back in midfield, kept on same pace to the line, never dangerous.
9 2 EXPLOSIVE WITNESS (B001) L Ferraris -- From wide draw taken back to last for cover, 6-7Ls to make up 400M, made limited progress to the line. Never a serious threat.
10 6 CLASSIC UNICORN (C343) K C Leung B-/TT Driven forward, prompted the pace on outside, fought on to maintain his position until 200M then weakened.
