Racing Incident Report

KASHMAC began awkwardly and shortly after the start was bumped by EXPRESS LOT which shifted in. As the gates opened, LEAD TO WIN put its head down, was slow to begin and as a consequence got back. WINNING ASSOCIATES and HEART'S DESIRE bumped on jumping. At the 800 Metres, STRATEGIC MOVE was steadied away from the heels of SPECTACULAR WIN. At the 400 Metres, SPECTACULAR WIN, which was giving ground and hanging out, was steadied when momentarily crowded for room between HEART'S DESIRE and TWEET which shifted in slightly. No action was taken. KASHMAC and TWEET were sent for sampling. After the race, it was noted DANELAW was making an abnormal breathing noise. The horse has previously been reported as a "roarer".
