Racing Incident Report

SPARKLING TALENT shifted out at the start and inconvenienced RUGBY DIAMOND.
When being steadied from a wide barrier to obtain cover, SNOWHOOVES became unbalanced shortly after the start when bumped by FAIR COMMENT which shifted out. After this, FAIR COMMENT was shifted across behind runners.
After travelling a short distance, EXPONENTS, from the outside barrier, was steadied to obtain cover.
Near the 850 Metres, JOYFUL FOREVER was awkwardly placed close to the heels of SCARBOROUGH FAIR which shifted in. SCARBOROUGH FAIR was then directed out to relieve the tightening to JOYFUL FOREVER.
For some distance approaching and passing the 800 Metres, HOT HOT PEPPER lay out.
Passing the 700 Metres, TELECOM TITAN was awkwardly placed close to the heels of RAICHU. SNOWHOOVES, which was following, got its head up when being steadied away from the heels of TELECOM TITAN in consequence approaching the 650 Metres.
Making the turn after the 600 Metres, SPARKLING TALENT was awkwardly placed between FIRST BEAUT and TELECOM TITAN which shifted out.
Passing the 500 Metres, SPARKLING TALENT was awkwardly placed close to the heels of TELECOM TITAN.
A veterinary inspection of RUGBY DIAMOND immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
RAICHU and SNOWHOOVES were sent for sampling.
