1 4 MEGASTAR HEART (L056) Sent for sampling post-race.
2 2 PI LEGEND (L117) Shifted in after travelling a short distance and made contact with ANOTHER ZONDA. Sent for sampling post-race.
3 12 MASK WARRIOR (L518) On jumping shifted in and made contact with RADIANT PATH.
4 11 LUCRATIVE EIGHT (K542) On jumping was bumped heavily by SPICY STANDARD which shifted out abruptly.
5 1 PAKISTAN LEGACY (J363) Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
6 13 ANODE (K367) Bumped after travelling a short distance. After the race an endoscopic examination was conducted on ANODE at the request of Trainer C S Shum. The Veterinary Surgeon said this examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse’s trachea. Before being allowed to race again, ANODE will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
7 7 BLUE LIGHTNING (L520) On jumping was steadied when crowded between GREAT LEGEND and LUCRATIVE EIGHT.
8 3 AURIO (K056) No report.
9 5 DO YOU JUST (L094) No report.
10 9 SPICY STANDARD (J520) Shifted out abruptly at the start and made heavy contact with LUCRATIVE EIGHT. Raced keenly throughout the early stages. Near the 1000 Metres was steadied to avoid LUCRATIVE EIGHT (K C Leung) which shifted in when not sufficiently clear. K C Leung was advised to exercise more care. Raced very wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
11 10 ANOTHER ZONDA (K176) M Chadwick reported that his mount jumped only fairly and after being crowded shortly after the start by PI LEGEND which shifted in and away from AURIO, his mount settled further back than intended.
12 6 RADIANT PATH (L407) Crowded at the start. Made the turn near the 800 Metres awkwardly and got its head up.
13 14 GREAT LEGEND (L409) Bumped at the start.
14 8 METRO POWER (K408) J Orman reported that when he placed his mount under pressure in the early stages of the Home Straight it failed to respond to his riding and weakened noticeably. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race revealed that the horse was displaying an irregular heart rhythm. Before being allowed to race again, METRO POWER will be required to perform satisfactorily in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
