Racing Incident Report

NEW ASIA FORWARD began awkwardly, shifted in and bumped CHEEKY LAD. From the outside barrier, HAPPY TOUCH was taken back to a position with cover near the rear. In the early stages, MAXIMUM CHARM was taken back, then made the turn at the 800 Metres awkwardly, got its head up, shifted out, bumped EMBRACES and as a consequence lost ground. Also in the early stages, HEIMORI was allowed to drift back, then when under pressure in the Straight raced greenly and on a number of occasions shifted in. In the middle stages, SHINING DRAGON hung out. Throughout the race, LIFELINE RAPIDE travelled wide and without cover. MY PRIDE and ENCORE were sent for an official veterinary inspection. A veterinary inspection of MY PRIDE and ENCORE after the race did not show any significant findings. TOWKAY FLYER, LIFELINE RAPIDE and CHEEKY LAD were sent for sampling.
