1 10 YEABOI (G372) M F Poon was fined the sum of $5,000 for using his whip in a manner where his whip arm was raised above his shoulder height on a number of occasions in the early part of the Home Straight. Sent for sampling post-race.
2 6 PRECISION GOAL (H016) Sent for sampling post-race.
3 1 GO GO GO (H196) Entering the Back Straight near the 1100 Metres shifted away from the running rail which resulted in GO GO GO, which was racing keenly, improving into a tight position to the inside of PRECISION GOAL. When PRECISION GOAL shifted back towards the running rail near the 800 Metres, GO GO GO was steadied away from PRECISION GOAL.
4 13 JOYFUL CHAMPION (G072) After arriving behind the barriers was resaddled when the stirrup leather required replacing.
5 12 SUPERB MOVE (G304) From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
6 2 SOARING BRONCO (J162) After the event, J McDonald could offer no explanation for his mount’s disappointing performance. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. Sent for sampling post-race.
7 3 SOLAR GOGO (H390) Steadied near the 800 Metres.
8 11 TIGER AND GOLD (J064) Jumped only fairly.
9 7 CHATEAU LE PECHE (H471) A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
10 9 MISTER FOX (J059) No report.
11 4 MR ALADDIN (H386) Jumped awkwardly. When giving ground near the 300 Metres was eased when momentarily crowded between CHATEAU LE PECHE and JOYFUL CHAMPION which shifted out slightly. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race which included an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse’s trachea. Before being allowed to race again, MR ALADDIN will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
WV 5 COLOURFUL BARON (G301) Withdrawn on 16.12.24 by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (fever). Before being allowed to race again, COLOURFUL BARON will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
WV 8 HARRY'S HERO (H332) Withdrawn on 17.12.24 by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (inappetence). Before being allowed to race again, HARRY’S HERO will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
