Racing Incident Report

1 2 TYCOON EXPRESS (K376) Shifted out at the start and was bumped. From a wide barrier was then shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Sent for sampling post-race.

4 14 MANYTHANKS FOREVER (J065) No report.
5 13 SUPREME WINNER (J255) Bumped on jumping. Between the 400 Metres and the 300 Metres was held up for clear running.
6 4 GOR GOR (K104) Between the 300 Metres and the 200 Metres was held up for clear running behind MANYTHANKS FOREVER. After improving to the inside of MANYTHANKS FOREVER passing the 200 Metres then had some difficulty obtaining clear running near the 100 Metres.
7 9 MULTISUPERSTAR (L163) On jumping became unbalanced when bumped by SUPREME WINNER which was taken out by TYCOON EXPRESS. Between the 400 Metres and the 200 Metres was held up for clear running. After the 200 Metres improved into a narrow run between VIGOR ELLEEGANT and THE CONCENTRATION and then raced tight between those two runners for a short distance thereafter. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
8 12 ONLY U (J037) When questioned Z Purton stated that after jumping reasonably well he rode his mount along to endeavour to hold a handy position. He said when positioned to the inside of SUPREME WINNER in the early stages he was unable to hold that position despite his efforts to encourage his mount to do so. He said entering the Home Straight he improved to the inside of SUPREME WINNER but then was unable to obtain clear running over the final 250 Metres when held up behind GOR GOR. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. Sent for sampling post-race.
9 7 PRESTIGE SUPERIOR (K383) Jumped only fairly. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. <26/10/2026 Additional Veterinary Reports>After the race, PRESTIGE SUPERIOR was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings. PRESTIGE SUPERIOR was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer C W Chang this morning. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its left front leg. Before being allowed to race again, PRESTIGE SUPERIOR will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
10 5 VIGOR ELLEEGANT (J375) C L Chau reported that his mount was disadvantaged by being obliged to race wide and without cover for the majority of the event, particularly with the middle stages being run inside of standard time. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race found that horse to be a "roarer” which had previously been reported.
11 3 BRIGHT INHERITANCE (J215) Slow to begin.
12 8 THE CONCENTRATION (H465) No report.
13 1 APOLAR FIGHTER (J169) Jumped awkwardly. Shortly after the start was steadied to avoid MULTISUPERSTAR which was taken out. From a wide barrier was then shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
14 11 GROOVY FEELING (J515) Y L Chung stated that the instructions were to settle the horse where comfortable. He said in the early stages he elected to position his mount behind MANYTHANKS FOREVER, however, GROOVY FEELING did not show sufficient pace to hold a more forward position.
