Racing Incident Report

The start was delayed when PIKACHU’s left front plate was required to be replaced. PIKACHU was subsequently examined by the Veterinary Officer and passed suitable to race.
Shortly after the start, PIKACHU raced tight between GLORIOUS FOREVER which shifted out marginally and GENERAL SHERMAN which shifted in. In this incident, GENERAL SHERMAN became unbalanced after being bumped on the hindquarters by PIKACHU.
Despite being ridden along for some distance in the early stages, HAPPILABABY failed to muster speed.
Despite being ridden along for a considerable distance in the early and middle stages, PACKING DRAGON was unable to cross INSAYSHABLE and consequently travelled wide and without cover throughout.
A veterinary inspection of STIMULATION immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
GLORIOUS FOREVER and PIKACHU were sent for sampling.
