4 8 NISHIKADO (H172) Near the 800 Metres got its head up when being steadied away from JOYFUL LIFE.
5 7 MR MAESTRO (J033) Jumped awkwardly and then was bumped heavily by LADY BILLIE which shifted out.
6 10 SPEEDY FORTUNE (H097) No report.
7 5 JOYFUL LIFE (H426) When questioned, K C Leung stated that his mount hung in when placed under pressure in the Home Straight and near the 100 Metres he was obliged to make a concerted effort to shift to the outside of SPEEDY FORTUNE to secure clear running. K C Leung was warned in relation to using his whip on the shoulder of the horse over the concluding stages. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
8 9 LADY BILLIE (H365) Bumped at the start.
9 3 FRUITY WARRIOR (J035) Shortly after the start was crowded by SPEEDY FORTUNE which shifted in despite the efforts of its rider.
10 11 ALWAYS AWESOME (H245) Crowded at the start.
11 2 CLASSIC MOON (E439) Jumped awkwardly, shifted out and bumped with ALWAYS AWESOME. Obliged to race wide and without cover for the majority of the event. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race found that horse to be a "roarer” which had previously been reported.
12 4 HAPPYDEARHAPPYDEER (J002) Jumped only fairly. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
