Racing Incident Report

VILLAGER was withdrawn on raceday morning on veterinary grounds (sore shin right front leg). Before VILLAGER can race again, it will be required to pass an official veterinary examination. VENETIAN MASTER left the gates awkwardly. Approaching and rounding the Home Turn, NEWSWIRE hung out badly, then in the Straight continued to hang out. The performance of NEWSWIRE was considered unacceptable. Before the horse will be allowed to race again, it must perform satisfactorily in an official barrier trial around a bend. JUST WIN, AMITY and LOMBARD were sent for sampling.
