Racing Incident Report

INTERVENE and THE GREATEST were slowly away. In the early part of the Straight, FLAGS UP was awkwardly placed behind COSMO STAR. Over about the last 300 Metres, MR HAPPY was held up for running. As a consequence of this, the horse was not properly tested out.
