Racing Incident Report

The start was delayed considerably as THISTLEJADE was difficult to load into its stall. Before being allowed to race again, THISTLEJADE will be required to perform satisfactorily in an official barrier trial. About the 700 Metres, SUCCESSFUL SPIRIT (F Coetzee) attempted to shift out from behind GOOD MAN, in doing so bumped the hindquarters of STRATEGIC MOVE. F Coetzee was told riding such as this could lead to serious consequences and he must exercise much more care. In the Straight, FAIR LADY hung in and after the 200 Metres was shifted in to find running. THISTLEJADE was sent for clinical veterinary examination and testing.
