Racing Incident Report

MULTIPROUD was withdrawn on raceday morning by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (substantial amount of mucopus in trachea on scoping after track work). Before being allowed to race again, MULTIPROUD will be subjected to an official veterinary examination. KINGSTON ELITE was slow to begin. Near the 850 Metres, PLAN B was steadied away from the heels of LONGWAH RISING (B Doyle) which shifted in when not properly clear. B Doyle was reprimanded and advised to ensure that he is sufficiently clear when shifting ground in future. A veterinary inspection of FLY HIGH after the race including an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of mucopus in the horse`s trachea. AT MOMENT IN TIME and WINDICATOR RETURNS were sent for sampling.
