Racing Incident Report

BINGO BINGO began awkwardly. From wide draws, NOBLE DE BEST and WISE LOVER were taken across behind runners shortly after the start. When questioned regarding the disappointing performance of MANY GAINS, W C Marwing stated that his mount travelled well in what was a quickly run race. He said at the entrance to the Straight he commenced to ride MANY GAINS along and given that it had a good run throughout the race he expected the horse to accelerate, however, MANY GAINS quickly came off the bridle and then did not respond to his riding in the Straight. He said he had ridden MANY GAINS in the lead up to today’s race and, in his opinion, that work was good and because of this a forward showing was expected from MANY GAINS. A veterinary inspection of LUCKY PHOTO FRAME and MANY GAINS after the race did not show any significant findings. REAL SUPREME and UNITED were sent for sampling.
