Racing Incident Report

SOLO jumped awkwardly and just after the start was checked off the heels of BEAS GLORY when taken in by GOLDEN BELL. SOLO made the first turn awkwardly and shifted out. As a consequence of this, GOLDEN BELL was crowded onto BRILLIANT ATTORNEY and checked. The occurrence was accidental. Throughout the race, BRILLIANT ATTORNEY was obliged to travel wide. An inquiry into the riding of SPEED WIN was opened. After taking evidence from B Doyle, the matter was adjourned until next Saturday, 9 September 2000 at the Sha Tin Racecourse. BRILLIANT ATTORNEY was sent for clinical veterinary examination and routine testing.
