Racing Incident Report

DASHING WINNER was slow to begin, then shortly afterwards was checked when crowded for room inside MASTER YING which shifted ground after being bumped by MY LUCK which began awkwardly and shifted in. Shortly after the start, SHADOW KNIGHT and BOLD FIGHTER were checked when crowded for room between FLYING SPRINTER which shifted in and ELEGANT KING PRAWN which shifted out. In this incident, BOLD FIGHTER clipped the heels of FLYING SPRINTER and blundered. SHADOW KNIGHT made the first turn awkwardly and shifted out. Making the turn at the 1000 Metres, LUCKY WINNER hung out. Near the 600 Metres, ELEGANT KING PRAWN was steadied when awkwardly placed inside BOLD FIGHTER which was racing tight inside GOLD MEDAL WINNER. Near the 100 Metres, ELEGANT KING PRAWN when being ridden out with the whip commenced to shift out. Because of this, S Dye, its rider, stopped riding and straightened his mount. Throughout the race, TABBRIS from a wide gate travelled wide and without cover. ELEGANT KING PRAWN, SHADOW KNIGHT and GOLD MEDAL WINNER were sent for sampling. After the race, it was reported DASHING WINNER had lost its left front plate.
