Racing Incident Report

GIANT STARS began awkwardly and lost ground.
OTOUTO and BREEDERS’ STAR bumped heavily at the start, resulting in both horses becoming unbalanced. After this, from wide barriers, both OTOUTO and BREEDERS’ STAR were shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
From a wide barrier, NAVAS was taken across behind runners in the early stages.
Approaching the 1100 Metres, DIAMOND KING momentarily raced in restricted room between SECRET COMMAND and HAPPY YEAH YEAH.
Approaching and passing the 900 Metres, CHARITY GLORY got its head on the side and lay in and then near the 600 Metres again lay in, made contact with the running rail and became unbalanced. NAVAS, which was following, shifted out and was momentarily awkwardly placed inside the heels of DIAMOND KING. CHARITY GLORY then lay in in the early part of the Straight, proved difficult to ride and near the 50 Metres was reluctant to shift out away from the heels of MOMENT OF POWER. Close to the finishing line, CHARITY GLORY and MONEY BOY bumped as CHARITY GLORY improved into tight running between that horse and MOMENT OF POWER. Because of this, CHARITY GLORY was not able to be ridden out.
VICTORY MARVEL was unable to obtain clear running from approaching the 200 Metres until near the 100 Metres.
Throughout the race, BLAZE STAMINA travelled wide and without cover.
After the race, it was reported that SECRET COMMAND was lame in its right front leg. Before being allowed to race again, SECRET COMMAND will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
A veterinary inspection of DIAMOND KING immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
MONEY BOY, BLAZE STAMINA and VICTORY MARVEL were sent for sampling.
