3 6 BEAUTY JOY (E058) Slow to begin and was then crowded between RUSSIAN EMPEROR and FANTASTIC TREASURE which shifted out after jumping awkwardly. Near the 400 Metres was steadied and shifted out from behind STRAIGHT ARRON to obtain clear running.
4 1 CALIFORNIA SPANGLE (E314) No report.
5 8 FANTASTIC TREASURE (E269) Jumped awkwardly.
6 3 STRAIGHT ARRON (G435) Began only fairly.
7 4 RUSSIAN EMPEROR (E198) A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
8 7 HEALTHY HAPPY (D435) Raced wide and without cover throughout the event. The performance of HEALTHY HAPPY, which finished tailed out, was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, HEALTHY HAPPY will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race which included an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse’s trachea.
