Racing Incident Report

After arriving at the barriers, GENTLE GIANT was examined by the Veterinary Surgeon who said the horse was lame in its off side front leg and in his opinion not suitable to race. As a consequence, GENTLE GIANT was withdrawn by order of the Stewards. Before being allowed to race again, GENTLE GIANT will be required to pass an official veterinary examination. GOOD SPIRIT jumped very awkwardly with its head up. TWIN WIZARDS left the gates badly and shifted in abruptly, as a consequence of this CITI CENTRE was checked and became unbalanced, then in the middle stages CITI CENTRE had a tendency to lay out. Because of this K S Yu changed the whip into his left hand. HEALTHY BOBO jumped awkwardly and just after the start was checked off the heels of CASH which was taken in slightly by TUMBLER. About the 100 Metres, TUMBLER and WAVY WAVE came together. GOLDEN GOBLET was sent for clinical veterinary examination and routine testing.
