Racing Incident Report

CONVERGENCE, which was restless after being boxed, missed the start slightly. About the 1200 Metres, MENTOR was steadied when crowded for room between STRONGHEART and CONVERGENCE which had a tendency to be pulling and shifted out slightly. On straightening, AUCASH shifted out in an endeavour to improve between DELIGHTFUL SPECIAL and CONVERGENCE, but was unable to find running, made contact with CONVERGENCE, then shifted back in to be racing between DELIGHTFUL SPECIAL and SMART WINNER where for some time AUCASH was held up. To obtain running, AUCASH was steadied and shifted out a considerable way to find running and try and go forward. AUCASH and STRONGHEART were sent for clinical veterinary examination and routine testing. After the race, it was reported that STRONGHEART was bleeding from both nostrils.
