Racing Incident Report

NOT GUILTY left the gates very awkwardly and lost considerable amount of ground. On jumping, SEATTLE SUN threw its head about, just after the start was inconvenienced by HONEST STEED which was taken out by CHIEF'S FORTUNE. From the outside gate, HONEST DRAGON was ridden along early in an endeavour to go forward and get in, was unable to do so, was obliged to race wide until about the middle stages and was not able to find any cover. For some distance near the 600 Metres, HONEST STEED was awkwardly placed between the hindquarters of NOT GUILTY and AQUA PRINCE. Just after straightening, CHIEF'S FORTUNE was steadied and shifted in abruptly to find running inside EASTERN TYCOON.
