Racing Incident Report

NOBLE CONQUEROR was slow to begin. AMBITIOUS LEADER began awkwardly, shifted in and bumped the hindquarters of GOOD TO GREAT, resulting in AMBITIOUS LEADER losing ground. CHERISHED, which was leaning against the inside of its stall, began awkwardly and then shortly after the start was steadied when crowded for room between KINGSTON WINNER and WONDERFUL BOY, both of which shifted ground. WONDERFUL WORLD shifted out at the start and made contact with the hindquarters of HAPPY SUNDAY, resulting in both horses becoming unbalanced. Making the turn at the 1000 Metres, WONDERFUL BOY shifted in and bumped KINGSTON WINNER. PROFIT HILL, which was following KINGSTON WINNER, was steadied in consequence. Near the 900 Metres, NOBLE CONQUEROR became unbalanced when momentarily crowded for room inside GOLDEN WIN. Approaching and passing the 800 Metres, KINGSTON WINNER got its head up and proved difficult to settle. Approaching the turn at the 600 Metres, GOLDEN STRIDE was steadied to avoid the heels of HAPPY SUNDAY. NOBLE CONQUEROR, which was following, was steadied in consequence. At the same point, AMBITIOUS LEADER was crowded for room by GOOD TO GREAT which got its head on the side and shifted in slightly. Making the Home Turn, KINGSTON WINNER was awkwardly placed close to the heels of GOLDEN WIN. Near the 250 Metres, NOBLE CONQUEROR was disappointed for running between HAPPY SUNDAY and GOLDEN STRIDE. NOBLE CONQUEROR was then shifted to the inside of HAPPY SUNDAY to continue going forward. In the Straight, GOOD TO GREAT got its head on the side and lay in under pressure. NOBLE CONQUEROR and GOLDEN WIN were sent for sampling.
