Racing Incident Report

HUA SHI was slow to begin. After the 900 Metres, KING ACRYLIC was left racing wide and without cover due to EAST OCEAN shifting away from the fence. A veterinary inspection of KING ACRYLIC after the race including an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of mucopus in the horse`s trachea. A veterinary inspection of SURE GAIN after the race revealed that the horse was lame in its right front leg. Before being allowed to race again, SURE GAIN will be subjected to an official veterinary examination. SLEEP WELL and UNIQUE SPEED were sent for sampling. After the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that EVER KING had lost its left front plate.
