Racing Incident Report

IMPERIAL ROME stood flat-footed at the start and was slow to begin. Before being allowed to race again, IMPERIAL ROME will be required to perform satisfactorily in a stalls test.
CAPE CANAVERAL and SUPREME FLIGHT bumped at the start.
LOVELY BOY was slow to begin and shortly after the start was steadied away from the heels of RED LUCKY STAR.
Near the 1000 Metres, TOUR DE FORCE was crowded for room inside LUCKY SCEPTER which got its head on the side and shifted in away from BENEFACTOR. RED LUCKY STAR, which was following, was steadied in consequence.
Near the 200 Metres, RED LUCKY STAR shifted to the inside of the heels of BENEFACTOR to obtain clear running.
Close to the finishing line, RED LUCKY STAR was checked away from the heels of BENEFACTOR which was taken in by IMPERIAL ROME which in turn was taken in by CAPE CANAVERAL (M Chadwick) which shifted in. M Chadwick was reprimanded and advised to exercise more care in similar circumstances.
A veterinary inspection of ROMANTIC CITY after the race did not show any significant findings.
TOUR DE FORCE and IMPERIAL ROME were sent for sampling.
